Received call at 18 minutes after midnight No one on the line. Lasted 30 seconds but am billed for it through long distance carrier. My bills says: Snfc Junpr CA.

Well, I pressed "0" and a guy finally picked up and said "It's a glorious day with Chase," and I told him that your phone options do not allow me to be removed from the listing. And he said, "There is an option to hang up!" and he hung up on me! You can't be serious you ignorant jerks! Who would do business with these people OR give personal information? I don'y understand how they can possibly make money to stay in business. Better yet, why does the government allow this to continue????!!!! Now, that I know these jerks are tied to Chase, I'll be calling management!
